We have received recent reports of a scam taking place in Twin Falls Co. Please see below for information.

Thank you for your time and cooperation to the Judicial System. Your participation is important and appreciated. Call the Code-a-phone (Jury Message Phone)  or check the web site every weekend and always the night before any scheduled date to appear. If you ever have any question regarding your duties as a juror or have any problems, please call 208-736-0048 or e-mail amanda.main@tfco.org.

If asked to appear, you will come to the Theron Ward Judicial Building located at 427 Shoshone Street N., next to the big historical courthouse. 

Jurors are asked to be in their seats and ready to go at the time they are instructed to appear. Court cannot start until every juror is present, so please be courteous to your fellow jurors by arriving on time!

PROTECT YOURSELF AGAINST JURY DUTY SCAMS – DON’T GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFORMATION BY PHONE OR EMAIL/DID YOU KNOW? Court officers will never ask for payment, a credit card or social security number for failure to appear for jury duty. Report suspicious activity to our local law enforcement agency. The Courthouse doors open M-F at 7:30 a.m. General public including those who require ADA access, will enter at the only entrance to our building between the two courthouses. Jurors will go to the Theron Ward Judicial Building 427 Shoshone Street N. you will enter through a security screening similar to airport security screening. Please plan accordingly and allow extra minutes to arrive to jury service on time.
